  • Study the plans, specifications of particular application and other contract requirements of project.
  • Quantity takes off of materials based  on the given plans and bill of quantities 
  • Prepare detailed unit cost estimates or the detailed unit price analysis (DUPA) for project.
  • Assist in canvassing and in getting the current prevailing prices of materials and services with respect to the specific project requirements.
  • Attend Meeting/Site Inspection (If needed)


Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Preferably Licensed.
  • Experience in actual field operations, and on vertical and horizontal construction.
  • Must have experience in  estimating Structural and Architectural works.
  • Minimum of 3yrs. experience as a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator in Construction.
  • Preferably with experience in water treatment plant, industrial plant facilities or power plant facilities.
  • Must be proficient in Auto CAD and Estimate, preparation of material take-off, cost estimates and technical reports.
  • Strong understanding in the plan review process.
  • Strong understanding in the High-Rise and horizontal Construction Project.
  • Excellent knowledge and skills in Architectural and Construction.
  • Strong analytical and numeracy skills.
