DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or client
  • Estimate/quantify work items based on approved construction drawings, existing field conditions, and specifications
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly manpower, materials, and equipment schedules
  • Prepare quantity takeoff and evaluate cost proposals
  • Review bid documents and construction technical specifications
  • Prepare cost analysis on quotation to be submitted for bids
  • Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance works
  • Perform risk and value management and cost control

Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Professional license
  • At least 1 year of work experience in the related field
  • Computer literate
  • Good communication skills
  • Can prepare BOQs and cost all the quantities
  • Know the detailed measurement takeoff
  • Able to obtain accurate quantity takeoff for scope of works as per assignment
  • Can identify queries and clarifications made during the course of quantity takeoff
