QUALITY SPECIALIST
• Conduct routine inspections: Perform regular inspections of facilities, equipment, processes, and products to identify any quality deviations or non-conformances. This includes visual inspections, dimensional checks, and functional testing as appropriate.
• Develop and maintain inspection procedures: Create, update, and maintain detailed inspection procedures and checklists to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Investigate and report on non-conformances: Investigate the root cause of any identified non-conformances, prepare detailed reports documenting findings, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Calibration and maintenance: Oversee the calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Audit and compliance: Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with relevant quality standards, regulations, and company procedures.
• Data analysis and reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret inspection data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports summarizing inspection results and highlighting key findings.
• Continuous improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality systems and processes.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other departments (e.g., production, engineering) to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
