Job Description

Identify and resolve any defects, issues, or deficiencies in the completed work.
Collaborate with construction teams, subcontractors, and clients to address post-construction and warranty concerns.
Facilitate and supervise onsite repairs, replacements, or necessary actions within the warranty terms.
Ensure all post-construction work complies with industry regulations and safety standards.
Generate and submit post-construction and warranty completion reports to clients
Provide technical support and recommendations for improvements and maintenance.
Generate detailed reports on post-construction and warranty performance, highlighting quality trends and areas for improvement in future projects.

Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate Civil Engineer, preferably licensed.
Minimum five (5) years' experience as Quality Control personnel.

KNOWLEDGEABLE IN:

Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Monitor and control all non-conformances reports and undertake remedial action/s.
Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.

Willing to be assigned in NMIA AeroCity Project
