Quality Assurance Officer Duties and Responsibilities:
The Quality Assurance (QA) Officer is responsible for the daily monitoring and ensuring the efficient and effective daily implementation of QA systems for products and employees. She will work closely to QA Head to resolve quality issues and implement improvements.
- Responsible for the daily monitoring, implementation, and maintenance of QA programs/systems.
- Conducts daily sanitation audits, reports and recommend actions for non-conforming materials, in process and finished products, non-conformities in production facilities/equipment and processes and production personnel.
- Take charge of document control section of QA department, ensuring that all quality-related documents used in all areas are updated and controlled.
- Conducts internal food safety audit and vendor/supplier audits in accordance with HACCP and company quality assurance requirements.
- Assist in trouble-shooting quality related issues, including compressive investigation and preventive measures.
- Develops/Assists in creating and testing prototypes of existing or new products or innovations.
- Ensures lab equipment, tools and fixture are maintained in good conditions, following up the maintenance and calibration plans.
