  • Ensure that existing quality systems, standards and rules are implemented in all production lines, periodically reviewed and evaluated to check effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Drive problem solving and root cause analysis activities to eliminate recurrence of non-conformances
  • Review changes to specifications, processes and systems to ensure appropriate change control and evaluation
  • Ensure that Incoming Quality Control and Outgoing Inspection procedures are meticulously performed in adherence to product quality inspection standards
  • Ensure that an effective document management system is in place to guarantee traceability and easy retrieval of quality records

Qualifications/Requirements

  • With 5+ years of engineering experience in quality assurance and control.
  • A graduate of any engineering course, with relevant experience in Quality Assurance and Control.
  • Knowledgeable with the requirements of ISO 9001 and other Quality Management Systems.
  • Knowledge of various quality system methodologies.
