Qualifications:
Graduate of BS in Food Technology/Microbiology/Chemistry/Chemical Engineering.
Knowledgeable in baking science and technology, sensory evaluation, statistical analysis, and GLP
Must be knowledgeable in 5S, cGMP, SSOP, ISO, HACCP, HALAL, and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
Highly analytical with strong leadership and auditing skills
Computer literate; Google Colab
Willing to work on a shifting schedule
