Job Description

  • Facilitates Internal Quality Meeting to clarify Quality Standard and processes, disseminate information and address problem.
  • Coordinates with related departments on Quality issue particularly on situation requiring corrective action on non-conforming production output.
  • Performs product evaluation on Internal Rejection and External claims receive from customers. Conduct investigation of defects, quality problem and errors with QA Engineers, Product Engineers, Production Supervisors and other concerned members.
  • Performs evaluation, investigation and/or function testing of all customer quality claims received with coordination to concerned departments to confirm the phenomenon stated on customer claims

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Preferably a college graduate with any technical course,or at least graduate of any college-level course.
  • A minimum of 2 years of work experience in a manufacturing company.
  • Can speak Japanese Language fluently.
  • Strong leadership skills in quality management
