• Verifying and ensuring that all food contact surfaces, such as utensils, machines, equipment
• including food handlers are hygienic and that all contributing factors for a clean and sanitary operation are always implemented
• Ensuring that Good Manufacturing Practices and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures
• are being followed
• Verifying that quality standards for all raw materials used, in-process material, and finished products, are met prior to use and/or release for trade respectively.
