- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
- Management experience both in Japan and other country.
- Over 5-year experience related medical product production.
- Familiar with ISO13485, 9001 and 14001.
- Must be proficient in speaking, writing and reading Japanese and English Language.
- Must haves excellent critical thinking, problem solving, decision-making skills, with an emphasis on being proactive management skill, human skill and technical skill.
