Responsibilities
• Conduct daily touch base meetings or scrums with the QA team members to review progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment on project goals.
•Oversee the QA team's performance and take ownership of checking the quality of their work, providing feedback and support to enhance their capabilities.
•Report directly to the CAT Manager, collaborating to obtain priority directives, which you will communicate effectively to your team.
•Assess QA capacity and establish timelines for deliverables based on the VP's directives, ensuring efficient resource allocation and project planning.
•Ensure that the QA team consistently delivers results within established deadlines, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
•Assign and manage the QA workflow through project management tools such as ASANA and JIRA, ensuring clear task allocation and seamless progress tracking.
