Job Title: Quality Analyst Team Lead

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Quality Analyst Team Lead with strong leadership, analytical, and coaching skills to oversee a team of Quality Analysts and ensure consistent adherence to quality standards. This role focuses on managing daily quality operations, driving process improvements, conducting calibrations, and providing feedback and development support to the team while ensuring service excellence and client satisfaction.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • College Graduate
  • With more than 3 years of experience as a QA.
  • Experience handling group of Quality Analysts.
  • Experience in scrubbing and doing RCA
  • With Coaching experience. Must have handled blended account
  • Preferably not more than 40yrs old
