Job Description

Job Title: Global Support Quality Analyst

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Global Support Quality Analyst with strong analytical, communication, and evaluation skills to monitor and assess customer support interactions across multiple global channels. This role focuses on ensuring adherence to quality standards, identifying areas for improvement, providing actionable feedback, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall customer experience and operational performance.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • College Undergraduates with at least 2years; associate or diploma courses are accepted
  • Minimum of 24 months total BPO experience
  • Minimum of 12 months experience either in an inbound/outbound sales program in a BPO setting is required; preferably in digital advertising line of business
  • Minimum of 18 months Quality experience in a BPO setting is required; experience must be recent, within the last 6months.
  • Must have knowledge on Quality Management framework
  • English Proficiency of at least C1
