As a Mid Manual QA Analyst, you will be responsible for:
• Analyzing and reporting overall test status and results.
• Conducting defect management.
• Developing and executing test plans.
• Defining and implementing quality process improvements focused on defect prevention.
• Generating documentation based on new applications to share and train QA team members.
• Demonstrating a good understanding of testing based on requirements/user stories.
• Ability to read and understand requirements, specifications, and other technical requirements.
• Mentoring Junior Testers.
• Using defect management tools such as JIRA.
• Possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Creating detailed and well-structured test cases.
• Documenting test findings, including test evidence, bugs, change requests, and more with great attention to detail.
• Developing and maintaining test scripts, executing test scripts, and managing tracking/reporting systems.
• Utilizing Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Ensuring accuracy in executing test cases.
• Proficiently reporting and communicating testing concerns.
• Analyzing user stories to document test cases/scenarios as per the acceptance criteria and executing them while documenting the results.
