Typical Duties:
1. Assist the General Services Department Manager achieve departmental goals.
2. Ensure that the proper procedures and processes are being observed in the General Services Department.
3. Review Requisition Forms.
4. Accomplish the Canvass Form for the needed spare parts, tools and other materials needed for the Motorpool Division, vis-à-vis the Requisition Form that should be verified by the Accounting Clerk in charge of stock inventory.
5. Prepare Purchase Orders based on the lowest canvassed prices.
6. Communicate the Purchase Orders to the respective suppliers.
7. Monitor and follow-up the status of pending orders from suppliers.
8. External Provider Accreditation and Evaluation.
9. Perform other work-related tasks that may be assigned.
