Purchasing Manager shall be responsible locating and primary scanning of quality supplier of any construction material, equipment and/or supplies needed by the Association for its use.
Purchasing Manager shall be responsible for interviewing, verifying product quality, availability and appropriateness of the local and foreign products depending on need of the Association.
Purchasing Manager shall be responsible in actual site supervision and quality control of installation status and usage of materials purchased
Purchasing Manager shall be responsible for analyzing any price changes and quality updates for local and foreign(especially Korean and Chinese) supplies.
Purchasing Manager shall be responsible in communicating with respective foreign supplier for arrangement of freight transportation in behalf of the Association, especially Korean suppliers, to ensure compliance with regulatory & legal requirements in Philippines Customs and Korean Customs
Purchasing Manager shall be responsible for keeping the Association up-to-date with most recent local and foreign designing/interior trends to determine needs and demands of the client, and shall directly communicate with other related departments for such updates.
Purchasing Manager shall give supervisory and administrative support regarding construction supply inventory and management
Purchasing Manager shall give assistance to the management for any tasks which needs his expertise and profession in project related agendas.
Purchasing Manager shall be in charge and take over the daily task of the senior manager in case of his/her absence
Purchasing Manager shall report directly to the senior management.
