JOB VACANT POSITION: PURCHASING ASSISTANT MANAGER

(1) VACANCY

  • Request quotations for new materials needed in the company and provide the Delivery Receipts for the clients.
  • Release and process deliveries that client ordered to the company.
  • Follow up the raw materials prepare status of the vendor. Follow up the produce status of the vendor.
  • Maintain orderliness of the factory production and arrange schedule of vendor’s delivery materials to the plant.
  • Handles the exemption of the vendor delivery.
  • Ensures quality exception handling of the vendor deliver materials.
  • Accomplish the company’s shipment requirements, change the order status on time and reduce the amount of inventory.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Candidate/s must possess at least a degree in any business related course.
  • A minimum of (8) years experience in manufacturing as a professional in purchasing department.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Good communications and leadership skills.
  • Can work under pressure.
  • Can speak English & Mandarin.
