Handles the ordering and purchasing of products, and responsible for accepting and confirming customer orders through WeChat. Ensures all order details are correct and coordinates with the kitchen for smooth processing. Must respond to messages promptly and politely.

Qualifications/Requirements


Can read and respond in Chinese (Mandarin) and basic English

Familiar with WeChat and online ordering systems

Fast, polite, and accurate in handling orders

Willing to work flexible hours and on-site if needed

Foreign applicants only (Chinese, Mandarin,  Taiwanese, Vietnamese  nationality preferred)

Valid passport is required
