"We are looking for a reliable Purchaser to manage the procurement of raw materials, trims, accessories, and other supplies required for garment production. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and capable of handling sourcing, negotiations, and timely purchasing."

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and purchase fabrics, trims, and accessories as per production needs
  • Compare prices, quality, and delivery times from various suppliers
  • Negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement
  • Coordinate with the production and merchandising teams to ensure material availability
  • Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels

Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATION:

  • Knowledge of garment materials and sourcing processes
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Basic computer skills and experience with purchase tracking systems
  • Previous experience in a garments company is a plus
