POSITION TITLE: MANDARIN PURCHASING SPECIALIST
*Communicate daily with Mandarin-speaking suppliers to negotiate pricing, terms, and lead times.
*Source new suppliers and evaluate existing ones to ensure product quality and service reliability.
*Analyze purchase orders, supplier performance, and market trends to support procurement decisions.
*Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, warehousing, and finance) to ensure smooth procurement and delivery processes.
*Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier information.
*Resolve issues related to shipment delays, quality complaints, or payment discrepancies.
*Assist in cost reduction initiatives and procurement process improvements.
