Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill and serve all request.
Monitor stock level of inventory and verify purchase requisitions.
Negotiating sales agreements and pricing for an easy and smooth transactions with both suppliers and internal departments.
Coordinating with suppliers, logistic partners and warehouse to ensure timely deliveries and oversee the integrity and quality of delivered goods and services.
Authorizing payments and managing purchasing expenses with proper record keeping.
Liquidate and replenish all purchased request on time.
Writing reports on purchases made and perform cost analyses.
Attending and contributing to meetings to address issues and concerns.
Attend various conferences, suppliers’ plants, vendor interviews and exhibitions to stay informed about changes and advancements in the industry.
Maintain a high level of knowledge and expertise within the field by participating in professional development.
Ensures confidentiality in all documents and dealings.
