The Purchaser is responsible for sourcing and procuring materials, equipment, and services necessary for construction projects. This role involves negotiating with suppliers, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring that all purchases meet quality standards and budgetary constraints.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of purchasing experience, ideally in the construction industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and procurement processes.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
