Job Summary:
The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of residential, commercial, or industrial properties. This role ensures that properties are well-maintained, financially viable, and meet the expectations of both owners and tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
Property Operations
Supervise maintenance, repairs, and overall property upkeep.
Conduct regular property inspections.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal standards.
Tenant Management
Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests.
Oversee leasing activities: advertising, showing units, screening tenants.
Manage lease agreements, renewals, and terminations.
Financial Management
Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and property expenses.
Collect rent and other fees; follow up on delinquencies.
Authorize payments for maintenance, utilities, and other services.
Vendor and Staff Coordination
Manage contracts with vendors (e.g., landscaping, security, janitorial services).
Supervise on-site staff (e.g., maintenance personnel, leasing agents).
Administrative Tasks
Maintain accurate records of occupancy, maintenance, contracts, and expenses.
Ensure all documents and licenses are current and compliant with regulations.
