Maintain a clean, safe, and organized storage rooms
Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory, ensuring proper labeling and organization
Ensure optimal utilization of storage space and implement strategies to maximize efficiency
Implement proper safety procedures and maintain compliance with all relevant regulations
Monitor and accurately record the property's inventory of tools and supplies and coordinate ordering of additional materials as needed.
Storage and inventory of employee uniforms and property linens. This includes receiving (for laundry) and dispatching (washed, dry, ironed, and folded).
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
2.Laundry Operations
Uniform laundry. This includes receiving (for laundry) and dispatching (washed, dry, ironed, and folded).
Sorting laundry by color, fabric type, or cleaning requirements.
Operating washing machines with care and selecting appropriate detergents and settings
Ensure laundry equipment is maintained and functioning efficiently. Coordinate repair or replacement when needed.
Keep track of clean and soiled items
Inspect cleaned items to ensure they meet established standards
Ensure hygiene and cleanliness protocols are strictly followed
Pressing or ironing items for a neat and professional appearance
Communicate with other departments to meet laundry needs
Handle special requests, such as stain removal or urgent laundry needs
3.Parking Management
Assign parking slots based on needs or priorities
Monitor parking lot usage to prevent congestion
Implement parking rules and guidelines
Manage access, tracking vehicle entries and exits
Coordinate with drivers to optimize parking arrangements
Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of parking area
4.Implementation of House Rules
Ensure implementation of house rules and timely report any violation to the Operations Manager
Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks in the house, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, cleaning windows and mirrors, and dusting surfaces
Regularly inspect safety devices such as smoke detectors, security system, and fire extinguisher and coordinate repair or replacement if needed
Observe conservation of water, electricity, wifi, and cableTV and ensure its continues supply or service for the property
Ensure that all monthly bills are sent to the Finance Department or Operations Manager
Maintain the property's landscaping (maintenance of its lawn and surroundings).
Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs carried out on the property, as well as any incidents or accidents that took place
Coordinate with concerned hotel employees to ensure that all tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively
5.Driver’s Support
Manage drivers’ sleeping accommodations, ensuring availability of beddings, linens, and needed amenities
Monitor and prepare or order drivers’ meals
Monitor drivers’ schedules and ensure that schedules are followed
Provide a high level of service to all drivers
Keep peace and order in the drivers’ quarters
6. Other work-related tasks given by the management from time-to-time, as urgency arises.
