Property Checker / The SAQ & Permitting Hunter will be at the forefront of lessor engagement and property document acquisition. The role involves negotiating leases, securing vital documents from lessors and local government units, and managing contract renewals.
Engage with lessors to obtain information and property documents, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and contribute to pipeline management and forecasting.
Responsibilities also include resolving lessor-related issues during contract renewals and assessing monthly delivery targets and achievements. This position requires strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate bureaucratic processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
In-charge of lessor engagement and securing lessor property documents
Lessor engagement (Getting of Lessor Information, Contact details)
Documentation (Property Documents, Lessor Documents)
2. Negotiates leases and assignability with lessors. Responsible for completion of contracts
3. Secure property documents and TCTs of lessors from LGUs
4. Coordinates with internal stake holders to make sure that needed contract renewals requirements are met.
5. Helps in forecasting and pipeline management – Assesses and publishes monthly delivery target sites and monthly achievement of their regions.
6. Helps resolve lessor related issues during contract renewal.
