Sales and Promotion:
  • Actively promote and sell products to customers.
  • Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of products.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets or quotas.
  • Assist in implementing promotional activities (discounts, bundles, giveaways).

Customer Service:
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide product recommendations and answer customer inquiries.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns and escalate them to the supervisor if needed.
  • Ensure a positive shopping experience to encourage repeat business.

Merchandising and Display:
  • Arrange and display products according to store guidelines.
  • Ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Monitor and report low or out-of-stock items.
  • Replace damaged or expired products.

Inventory and Stock Management:
  • Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies.
  • Ensure proper handling of stocks during replenishment.

Qualifications/Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: Prior experience in retail sales, merchandising, or customer service is a plus.
Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Customer-focused and service-oriented.

Other Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for long periods.
  • Physically fit to carry or lift moderately heavy items.
