● Provides input to Branch Coordinator/Branch Team Leader in forecast for the branch
● Achievement of Branch Sales Target
● Uses deep knowledge of products (and their benefits) and selling techniques to successfully convince customers to buy products.
● Ensures timely submission of Daily Sales Report to head office via the agency.
● Ensures completeness of range per the approved range plan (inclusion of must carry SKUs) for the branch.
● Conducts weekly inventory and submits this to head office via the agency.
● Notes out of stocks and overstock items in the branch and immediately informs head office about these.
● Ensures adherence to First-in, First-out inventory methods
● Ensures receipt of branch deliveries according to procedure.
● Prepares the corresponding incident reports for inventory incidences, e.g., deliveries with product defects, over stocking, damages due to handling, wrong deliveries etc. and submits these to head office via the agency per the prescribed time.
● Ensures correctness of branch inventory and readiness for Finance audit.
● Ensures orderliness and cleanliness of storage areas according to prescribed standards.
● Providing excellent Customer Service and Assistance which includes suggestive selling and product demonstration
● Handles customer request for repair according to procedure
● Handles customer returns according to procedure
● Maintains good relationship with Branch Manager
