  • Ensure that all team members consistently deliver high-quality performance and achieve the key performance indicators (KPIs) defined by the project.
  • Effectively organize and assign daily tasks, while also managing and monitoring team attendance to maintain productivity.
  • Take full responsibility for the overall execution of the project, closely tracking its progress and providing regular, detailed updates and reports to relevant stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment with project goals. 

Qualifications/Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years relevant or management working experience
  • Responsible for team performance coaching, building, and controlling staff turnover.
  • Communicate effectively with management.
  • High sensitivity to reporting and planning for unexpected situations.
  • High School Graduate or Bachelor’s degree
  • Amenable to work on a shifting schedule
  • Must be willing to work in our office located at Imus, Cavite
