1. Possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
2. Graduate from the TOP 5 schools
3. With at least 15 years of working experience in administration works and construction industry
4. Willing to be assigned in job sites
5. With good oral and written communication skills
6. Fluent in both Korean and English language
7. Has the ability to relate to all levels of people in the organization
