Supervisor for Software Development & Integration
• Lead end-to-end business planning activities from idea generation to monetization.
• Conduct market research, customer interviews, and feasibility studies to validate new business concepts.
• Develop and present comprehensive business plans and proposals, including revenue models, operational requirements, and go-to-market strategies.
• Focus initially on two core areas:
① Logistics System Platform
② Modernized PUV Business Model (and other potential ideas)
• Work closely with the Sales and Business Development teams for direct customer engagement and feedback gathering.
• Act as a liaison between the Business Planning and Engineering/Development teams to ensure technical feasibility and business alignment.
• Work closely with regional headquarters, affiliates in Asia, and third-party vendors.
• Handle and support Japanese clients, ensuring clear communication, timely service delivery, and strong, lasting business relationships.
