Job Description

The Project Planner supports the successful execution of fabrication and installation projects and is responsible for defining project schedules, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely project delivery.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Define project tasks, durations, dependencies, and milestones (Gannt Charts)
  • Prepare Risk Assessment reports
  • Work with project manager, engineering, industrial electrician, furniture fabrication, and clients.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly/monthly progress reports.
  • Participate in project meetings and status reviews.
  • Conduct “what-if” analyses to forecast impacts of delays or changes.
  • Ensure adherence to the overall project timeline.

Qualifications/Requirements

Job Qualifications:
  • BS in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
  • 2–4 years’ experience in fabrication projects
  • Strong project planning skills
  • BOSH and COSH certified
  • Willing to travel for site work
