Position: Deputy Project Control Manager

Support and assist Project Control Manager as following matter;

•  Complete time impact analysis and evaluation of construction schedule
•  Configure scheduling data and construction management rules for construction contracts
•  Develop and maintain a project schedule and coordinate needs with the project team
•  Prepare detailed schedules for the assigned projects by integrating contractor’s schedules
•  Provide documentation of project events that impact the schedule, scope of work, and project efficiency
•  Prepare and Provide claim documents
•  Manage preparing fully resource and cost loaded schedules by loading client’s resources and contractor’s cost
•  Develop a construction schedule, with project deliverables and milestones
•  Negotiate with client and subcontractors to obtain profitable construction contracts
•  Oversee the performance of all project team included Subcontractors
•  Train junior staffs
•  Communicate with head office in Japan by using Japanese and English
