DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Serve as key contact for information systems by answering calls and responding emails about ITIS and mandatory TB notification
2. Identify and escalate issues to appropriate person
3. Follow up queries where necessary
4. Complete call logs and related reports
5. May also have training (as resource person) and monitoring roles
6. Act as the main helpdesk personnel for both ITIS main app and ITIS Lite. This includes account creation, system troubleshooting and other concerns
7. Assist in data generation activities based on request of stakeholders.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: College graduate of any health-related course
Experience: With at least 1 year experience in dealing with private and public hospitals and clinicians; customer service experience an advantage
Other/Special Skills: Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills; proficient with computer office applications; familiar with proper phone and email etiquette; and possess strong interpersonal skills; Willing to undergo training in ITIS and Mandatory Notification; with critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
