> Manage the projects in coordination with local partners regarding mandated compliances.

> Oversee daily activities through regular meetings and recommend measures to improve work efficiency.

> Provide regular reports on work progress to upper management.

> Train project members and mentor junior colleagues.

Qualifications/Requirements

> Has experience in project management.
> Fluent in Japanese and English, both verbal and written.
> Has Bachelor’s degree related to compliances and land development policies.
