Purpose:
The Project Manager is accountable for the lifecycle delivery of projects cost, schedule, quality and customer/client satisfaction. To establish a multi-disciplined team and drive performance through functional enablement to deliver on the project objectives. To ensure that appropriate project management methodology and control are deployed while providing leadership to the project team to ensure deliverables are achieved safely and to the required quality standards.
Job Description:
• Deliver overall project performance regarding risk, cost and customer satisfaction, including the management of the following: Pre-contract risk analysis, Contract, Client liaison, Certification, Internal and external communication, Sea trials and Acceptance process.
• Deliver Project Management to ensure efficient interaction between internal and external parties.
• Establish and monitor labour and material budgets, liaise with the Finance Department and the Department Managers on cost issues.
• Monitor housekeeping standards, compliance to PPE, safe behaviour and assign housekeeping responsibilities, to ensure a good safe working environment.
• Manage team performance, resource allocation, compliance, and issue resolution while ensuring alignment with company goals and policies.
• Ensure a safe and compliant working environment by enforcing HSE regulations, managing waste control, and supporting health, safety, and environment metrics to achieve set targets.
