Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Manage medium to large projects with estimated durations of greater than 150 man-days.
2. Collaborate with other Engineering teams to successfully and profitably implement projects, on time and on budget.
3. Lead a dynamic and diverse team of individuals.
4. Prepare detailed project plans, drawings, bill of materials.
5. Plan, schedule, and track progress and milestones.
Qualifications:
1. At least 3 years of Project Management experience, with hands-on, practical experience.
2. Knowledge and experience in CCTV or Alarm or Access Control Systems is an advantage.
3. Capable of handling multiple projects at the same time, and working under pressure.
4. Strong planning and scheduling skills is required.
5. Good verbal and written communication skills.
6. Must be result and profit-oriented, with strong analytical and reasoning skills.
