National Project Manager
We are looking for a National Project Manager to lead and oversee telecom projects across multiple regions, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with strategic goals. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to drive successful deployment of network infrastructure, upgrades, and service expansions at a national scale.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all phases of project lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Lead cross-regional teams and coordinate efforts across engineering, procurement, regulatory, and operations.
• Monitor KPIs and project milestones to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and performance standards.
• Engage with vendors, contractors, and third-party service providers to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate regularly with executive leadership on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Manage regulatory approvals, permits, and compliance documentation at national level.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization across regions.
