1. Craft, evaluate, negotiate and execute a wide variety of different contracts covering a range of
transactions
2. Create and maintain relationships with suppliers and serve as the singular point of contact for
matters concerning contracts
3. Maintain records for correspondence and documentation in relation to established contracts
and those in progress

Qualifications/Requirements

1.Chinese Proficiency Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese and English
2.Proficient in window-based software and other computer software
3.Good in oral and written communications skills through both English and Chinese
4, Expert in Telecommunication
