SENIOR MANAGER – PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE
Job Description:
• Responsible for leading and managing the Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring effective project governance, and driving successful project delivery across the organization.
• This role also involves Strategic Event Planning, Resource Management, Stakeholder Management, Budget Management, Vendor and Supplier Management, Team Leadership, Event Marketing, Logistics and Operations, Risk Management, Stakeholder Engagement, Post-Event Evaluation, Continuous Improvement within the Project Management Office, identifying opportunities to enhance project management processes and methodologies.
• Handle PMO functions such as monthly billing of resources, forecast, tracking open positions and onboarding / offboarding resources.
• Responsible for administrative functions and providing reports on the same, provide management reports and establishing guidelines.
• Keep track of open items and ensure risks are highlighted and mitigated.
