About the job
You’ll be in charge of planning, overseeing, and managing the many projects Frost handles. You will be responsible for ensuring these jobs are completed on time, within the budget, and consistent with specified quality standards. You’ll be communicating with internal and external stakeholders and making sure that all resources are aligned with the project’s scope and objectives.
Job Description
- You will create detailed project management plans and other related project documents.
- You will identify and create a high-level scope of work, estimates, project schedule, milestones and deadlines.
- You’ll need to track and report project performance and results using appropriate KPIs.
- You will set the project direction as well as and manage risks and issues with effective solutions.
- Perform quality control throughout the project to maintain our standards.
- You will handle coordination between all contributing teams to ensure the success of the project.
- You’re also responsible for organizing and participating in meetings with clients or team members.
- You will ensure compliance with client requirements and overall customer satisfaction.
- You will document business requirements and translate them into materials that can be understood by all users.
- You’ll contribute to the development of the company, its processes, and its projects.
- You will align the company’s general business targets with the project’s objectives and outcomes.
- Lastly, you will also perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager.
