Job Description

 Supervising the overall construction activity and personnel onsite.
 Developing work-arounds for delays and other problems;
 Plans, directs and coordinates activities of the designated project;
 Confers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority;
 Directs and coordinates activities for project personnel to ensure project progress is on schedule and within the prescribed budget;
 Coordinate project activities with the activities of government regulatory or other government agencies.
 Coordinate with the project owner, project consultant for smooth and quality delivery of project according with the contract and specifications.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualification and Experience:
 27 to 50 years old
 Fluent in Chinese Mandarin both written and spoken
 5 years experience in the Construction industry specializing in construction site or equivalent
 Technical aptitude experience to troubleshoot complex or highly technical problems in construction
