Job Description

• Requirement Understanding, Design Preparation, Planning;
• Staffing – Know the Resource Requirement, Evaluate and Onboard and ensure smooth team building for the project;
• Detail Level Planning, Discussion with Customer and finalization;
• Monitor the Milestone wise progress as per the Explore, Functional Specification and Design, Build and Test, User Acceptance Testing and Deployment to Production by the TCS team and as and when required by the Customer Team.
• Scope Management and Change Request Management;
• Team Issue Resolution - Team Skills Treasury, Material Management and Customization Required. In case, there is any skill gap, I use to fill it by onboarding the appropriate skill and experienced resource. Also, provide the opportunity to existing team for training and up skilling the knowledge to meet the project requirement and resolve the skill gap issue;
• Customer Expectation Management - As the Contract between Customer and our company, we are required to perform a defined scope of tasks in a particular project. Many a times, customer come up with new requirement which is not part of the scope or contract in this situation a proper discussion with customer and their agreement requires. This activity is meant by the customer expectation to keep as per the scope and contract;
• Risk Identification and Mitigation Planning to address the Risks within a defined timeline;
• Enhance Domain Knowledge across Industries; and
• Drive the SAP S4HANA Implementation.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Graduate of Information Technology and/or related courses;
• Minimum of 25 to 30 years of IT experience and domains which includes services to various Industries for Software Development, Implementation, Project Management and Program Management;
• Expert in Project and Program Management, SAP S4HANA, JIRA, MS Projects;
• With deep understanding of the platform, technology, service and business processes mapping, integrated and automated to improve the work efficiency and accuracy to increase the productivity and business growth;
• With demonstrated expertise in business requirement understanding, SAP, ORACLE, Salesforce, Peripherals and other technologies;
• Experienced in Agile Methodology, waterfall methodology for the project management;
• With proven knowledge in different tools for the project management like MS Project;
• Ability to understand the Water Fall and Agile for the Project Management methods; and
• With proven knowledge in domain such E-Commerce, Retails, Manufacturing, E-Governance, Electricity and Power Utilities, Mining, Energy and Utilities, Bio-Medical, Airlines, Banking, Telecom.
