  • Lead end-to-end project management for marine/yacht construction projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Oversee production planning and implementation, with a focus on modular furniture systems and custom interior installations.
  • Coordinate between design, engineering, production, and client teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
  • Serve as the primary client liaison, managing expectations, customization requests, and project updates.
  • Utilize CAD tools (AutoCAD, Rhino, SolidWorks) for project design reviews and production alignment.
  • Implement and maintain project tracking through MS Project, ERP systems, and other project management tools.
  • Drive team performance by providing leadership, mentoring, and direction to cross-functional project teams.
  • Conduct presentations and design reviews with clients, addressing luxury customization and technical feasibility.
  • Monitor quality standards, compliance, and alignment with luxury yacht industry best practices and systems.

Qualifications/Requirements

1. More than 15 years of shipbuilding experience.
2. Project management in marine/yacht context.
3. Production and modular furniture system management.
4. Experience leading cross-functional teams.
5. Client-facing and coordination roles.
6. CAD tools (AutoCAD, Rhino, SolidWorks).
7. Project Management Tools (MS Project, ERP and etc.).
8. Understanding of luxury yacht systems and interiors.
9. Team leadership and mentorship.
10. Client presentation and customization handling.
