  • Construction Management: Proficient in construction techniques, equipment and materials.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of environmental regulations and permitting processes.
  • Financial Acumen: Experience in budgeting, cost estimation and managing project finances.
  • Problem-solving: Capacity to address technical and logistical challenges effectively.
  • Time Management: Ability to ensure project milestones are achieved within set timelines.
  • Stake Management: Ability work closely with government agencies, local communities and organizations Project Owner, Project Construction Manager and Project Designer.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Environmental and Sanitary Engineering or related field. Preferably Licensed.
  •  20 yrs Overall experience in Construction or Infrastructure Projects.
  • 10 yrs experience as Project Manager or Construction Manager.
  • 5yrs experience in Industrial Plant Construction or similar projects.
  • Must have relevant Project such waste water plant, power plants, industrial plant.
  • Preferably PME or MSCE.
  • Trained/Certified in FIDIC.
  • Must have relevant design management experience on waste to energy or similar projects.
