PROJECT MANAGER

JOB TITLE: DEPUTY PROJECT MANAGER

JOB TITLE:

- Executes and monitors project activities on the job site.

- Analyzes construction problems and develops immediate resolutions.

- Prepares and updates project plans and status reports on the job site to Project Manager.

- Participates in project performance review meetings and discussions.

- Updates and maintains production of projects.

- Recommends cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality and productivity.

- Generates construction progress and expense reports for management.

- Works with Construction Manager to develop a project plan, quality assurance plan and health and safety plan.

- Performs other related tasks from time to time as instructed.
