POSITION: PROJECT MANAGER
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
The Project Manager – Innovation will be responsible for leading and executing projects from ideation to launch, including post-execution analysis and evaluation. This role will closely collaborate with cross-functional teams, including, Commercial, Technical, Supply Chain, Applications Group, Finance, etc, in order to completely deliver projects on-time.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
•Define end-to-end project charter including timelines, stakeholders, resources, risk assessment, and drive implementation acceleration.
•Drive opportunity assessment for assigned category, and translate strategic objectives into actionable plans.
•Lead and manage all phases of innovation projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and within-scope delivery.
•Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing specialists (digital, content, social media, etc.), product development, technology, legal, and external vendors.
•Track project progress, identify and resolve roadblocks, and proactively communicate updates to stakeholders.
•Implement and maintain project management tools and methodologies to ensure efficient workflow and clear communication.
•Proactively address and resolve project challenges as they arise.
•Function as a subject-matter-expert (SME) for assigned category by facilitating expertise transfer to identified employees
