•  Support Project Manager for all field of construction project such as;
•  Define the project scope
•  Develop a construction schedule, with project deliverables and milestones
•  Create and manage a construction project budget
•  Negotiate with client and subcontractors to obtain profitable construction contracts
•  Manage resources such as construction materials, construction workers and equipment
•  Create status reports for project stakeholders
•  Oversee the performance of all project team included Subcontractors
•  Train junior staffs
•  Well communicate with head office in Japan by using Japanese and English
