  • Assist the Project Lead in attaining the T1’s project scope and objectives.
  • Follow up, remind, notice and provide updates to stakeholders, vendors or suppliers with their assigned tasks and communicating expected deliverables as instructed by the Project Lead to reach the objectives in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Assist in Monitoring progress and make adjustments as needed by the Project Lead. Update and Track project forms/monitoring (Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records).
  • Understand how to utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
  • Reporting to Project Lead and performing administrative duties (like typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations).
  • Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, photographic reports, and other topographical or geologic data to plan projects.
  • Risk analysis and mitigation recommendation, programme tracking, and Client directions monitoring for all external works.
  • Coordination, oversight and management of construction progress, site management, alignment of various contract package interface to Mechanical, Plumbing and Fire Protection Works.
  • Construction oversight on quality management, direct quality control, organization and collaboration with the contractors' Construction Managers and other stakeholders.
  • Regular site visits including, but not limited to, Client site inspections, offsite inspections, QA/QC inspections, safety inspections and any other inspections where deem necessary.
  • Manage, organize and coordinate the package contractor/s to execute their work in accordance with program, design documents, specifications and contract payments.
  • Coordinate testing, commissioning and handover as well as interface between contract package contractors, suppliers and/or vendors.
  • Collaborate interfacing between other trades like Architectural, Structural and Electrical works from the trade contractors.
  • Site safety management where necessary and collaboration with the safety management team.
  • Design and Construction Coordination meeting attendance and coordination with the design consultants in seeking approvals or clarifications for works to proceed, where needed.
  • Monitoring contractors daily, weekly and monthly reports and deliverable.
  • Any works or duties related to construction management that may be deemed required.
  • Assistance in managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of the Project Lead.
  • Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
  • Observing best business practices and etiquette.


Qualifications/Requirements

  • BS in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Registered & Licensed Mechanical Engineer preferred.
  • Has field / site experience managing stakeholders.
  • 3-5 years Work Experience.
  • Has field / site experience managing stakeholders.
  • Local experience in Cebu Region or willing to be assigned in Cebu.
  • Familiarity with Google-based documentations, well-versed with computer based mark-up tools (adobe pdf at min.).
  • Average knowledge in project management especially on design, planning and coordination aspects.
  • Good leadership and communication skills with strong ability to lead and negotiate.
  • Good interpersonal skills and team player with strength in coordination with various parties.
  • Good presenter inclusive of good skill in preparation of presentation materials.
  • Above average proficiency level of communication (oral and written) and creative thinking skills.
  • Knowledgeable in various design phases like conceptualization, schematic, design development, project handover and supervision.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed with a proactive work approach.
  • Solution focused attitude.
