  • Liaising with key Project Stakeholders to deliver all aspects of assigned projects.
  • Coordinate design, work with consultants and subcontractors.
  • Prepare the project programme including the delivery strategy and ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Develop Project Execution strategies.
  • Develop site logistics (mobilization/ demobilization) plans.
  • Develop and implement Project Schedules in accordance with key milestones, coordinating with trades and CSA works.
  • Develop and track project labor histograms including weekly project indicators.
  • Develop and implement project costs and budget plans.
  • Review, sign-off and implement Project Quality Plans, procedures and EHS Management Plan.
  • Other duties as they become necessary.


Qualifications/Requirements

  • Must have at least 8 years’ experience.
  • Has field/site work experience preferred.
  • Preferable experience in road construction, resort construction and the like.
  • Must be licensed.
  • Preferably Civil or other field of Engineering.
  • Proficient in MS office and MS Project.
  • Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good oral & written communication skills.
