As a Task Manager, you will lead and support your team to meet our client’s expectations. Our team works on various projects and needs your guidance to ensure smooth execution and maintain high-quality client service. You will also play a key role in moving forward the skills of your team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
What you’d be doing as a Task Manager:
- Task Management: You will monitor the progress of team assignments, manage team schedules, delegate tasks, check the quality of creative projects and the accuracy of information entered into databases, assist team members and clients with their queries, and monitor the attendance of your team members.
- Performance Management: You will communicate company goals and standards with team members, identify specific areas for improvement in individual team member’s performance, implement corrective actions, and generate reports on team performance.
- Hold Team Meetings: You will hold regular meetings to review your team's performance, update members on best practices, and communicate continuing expectations.
- Train New Team Members: You will develop a comprehensive training program, train new team members, evaluate applicants, and collaborate with the hiring team to ensure a smooth onboarding and offboarding process.
